1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery).
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

3. Return Process

  • Share your order details along with clear images of the product showing the issue.
  • Once approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (details will be requested).

5. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped at no extra cost after approval.
  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are covered only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting and display differences; these are not considered defects.
  • Fragile items like photo frames and wall décor should be handled carefully after delivery.
